Prospective Providers
Thank you for your interest in the Colorado Agricultural Addiction and Mental Health Program (CAAMHP).
CAAMHP connects Colorado farmers, ranchers, and rural families with free, confidential counseling from providers who understand the unique pressures of agricultural life.
By partnering with CAAMHP, you help expand access to care in rural communities while working within a simple, supportive referral and reimbursement process.
Provider Expectations & Program Details

All CAAMHP providers complete a three-hour virtual training focused on agricultural culture, rural stressors, and the realities of farm and ranch life.
This training helps ensure clients feel understood from day one and is required prior to receiving referrals.

CAAMHP contracts with providers at a rate of $90 per hour.
We ask that providers continue to honor this rate for self-pay clients who choose to continue care after the 10 free sessions are completed.

Providers are asked to maintain some level of availability for new clients and to notify CAAMHP promptly if their availability changes so referral lists can remain up to date.
Please note that participation in CAAMHP does not guarantee referrals.

For reimbursement purposes, providers submit basic demographic and diagnostic information.
No personal or identifying client information is required.
